Hi, I’m Stephani Conner, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in wellness transformations.

Like many women, I spent years navigating rushed appointments, prescription-first solutions, and a healthcare system that often didn’t make space for real listening or deeper understanding. After decades of being misdiagnosed and struggling with autoimmune symptoms and endometriosis, I finally found functional medicine—and it transformed my health and my life.

That experience led me to pursue advanced, post-graduate training in gut-focused functional wellness, hormone optimization, and integrative weight support. I became passionate about helping other women feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for—because I know how life-changing it is when someone finally takes your symptoms seriously.

In time, I also added non-invasive body contouring to my practice. So many women want to feel confident in their bodies again, especially after years of metabolic or hormonal challenges. Combining functional wellness with gentle, effective sculpting creates a beautiful inside-out transformation that feels aligned, empowering, and sustainable.
