This term refers to a set of tools and technologies used to reduce areas of stubborn fat, to firm and tighten lax skin, to sculpt and tone the muscles, and to smooth and firm cellulite — all without puncturing the skin. There are no injections, no surgeries, no pain, and no downtime. In fact, these treatments are relaxing self-care! My proprietary Radiantly Sculpted Method achieves beautiful results in far fewer sessions than standard body contouring techniques — typically in about half the time, and much more affordably as well! Most of my clients see significant improvement in their trouble spots with their very first session.
Specific tools that I use include ultrasonic fat cavitation, radio frequency, vacuum therapy with radio frequency, LipoLaser, high-intensity focused ultrasound, red light therapy, EMShape Neo electomagnetic muscle sculpting, whole body vibration therapy, and wood therapy (madeirotherapy). The selection of treatment modalities used to treat your concern are individualized to your goals. In addition to standard packages, I can also create a fully-customized package just for you!
What are my options for weight loss?
I offer multiple options for anyone considering weight loss services.
I provide individualized support to improve the health and function of the gut, where inflammation very often originates. Addressing inflammation at its source creates internal balance and harmony, allowing the body to naturally release excess weight. I utilize a goal-oriented coaching approach to help my clients achieve long-term success.
For individuals struggling with weight gain following an illness or due to difficulty managing their appetite, a GLP-1 agonist or combination GLP-1/GIP agonist may be one component of the solution. For those who wish to try medication, I provide counseling and guidance to facilitate the changes needed for lasting results.
Others may wish to follow a lifestyle-modification plan. Again, I work with you to learn about your situation and desires and customize a treatment plan just for you.
What are your qualifications?
I am a nationally board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. I am licensed to practice and prescribe in Montana. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, magna cum laude, from the Beth-El College of Nursing at the University of Colorado @ Colorado Springs, and a Master of Science degree from the Georgetown University School of Nursing in Washington, D.C. I have completed additional education and training in functional medicine, functional nutrition (Institute for Functional Medicine x International Nurse Coaching Association), integrative health and wellness coaching (International Nurse Coaching Association), lifestyle medicine (American College of Lifestyle Medicine), non-invasive body sculpting, LED therapy, clinical hypnosis (ASCH-accredited), Healing Touch, and Emotional Freedom Techniques. I hold an introductory certificate in Obesity Management. I also aim to continually improve my knowledge and skills through ongoing education, and always exceed the number of educational hours required to maintain my board certification.
In addition to my work at Integrated Wellness, PLLC, I also serve as the nurse practitioner for a local hospice agency.
What is “integrated healthcare”?
Integration can be considered from multiple perspectives. I view each person as an integrated whole that is greater than the sum of its parts and systems. In order to achieve optimal health and wellness, not only must each part or system function optimally, but the various parts must work together as a functional unit. My practice also integrates traditional and contemporary treatment modalities, the selection of which depends upon the client’s individual situation and needs.
Will my insurance cover my visits? What is the cost?
The lifestyle, body contouring, and MPS services I provide are not covered by insurance. Rates vary depending on the complexity of our work together and are always disclosed before treatment begins. Discounted packages are available. Links to brochures with pricing are available on their respective web pages on this site.
What are your hours?
