Skin Tightening During Weight Loss

Your Body Is Changing.

Your Skin May Be Changing With It.

If you’re losing weight with a GLP-1 medication and noticing loose or crepey skin along the way, you don’t have to wait until you reach your goal weight to start asking questions.

Let’s look at your skin now and talk honestly about what non-surgical treatment may—and may not—be able to accomplish.

How Skin Tightening Works

Radio frequency delivers controlled heat to the tissue to stimulate a remodeling response over time. I often use RF in combination with other modalities to enhance results. For appropriately selected clients, treatment may improve the appearance of mild to moderate skin laxity and create a smoother, firmer appearance.

What to Expect

Treatment time: About 20 minutes

Total visit: Approximately 60–90 minutes

Feels like: Warmth + light pressure

Expected downtime: None

Remodeling: Develops gradually over the weeks following treatment

Typical treatment: Best results are achieved with at least 3 sessions starting at $289/session

Areas I Can Treat

Face + jawline · Neck · Upper arms · Abdomen · Flanks · Back · Inner + outer thighs · Buttocks

I Assess Before I Treat.

As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, I’ll assess your tissue, consider where you are in your weight-loss journey, and talk with you about what RF can realistically accomplish.

If I don’t believe treatment is likely to provide meaningful benefit, I’ll tell you.
