Red Light Therapy

In addition to its application in fat reduction used in Body Contouring at Integrated Wellness, RLT is widely recognized for its broad range of therapeutic benefits, including enhanced metabolism, improved skin tone and texture, increased production of collagen, reduced inflammation, enhanced tissue repair, pain relief, improved sleep, and improved circulation.

Microcurrent Point Stimulation

Also known as Neurostimulation, this gentle, non-invasive treatment technology delivers a very low-level electrical current — similar in intensity to that produced by the human body — to specific points on the body to relieve pain, stimulate healing, and to release scar tissue, among many other benefits. At the cellular level, MPS boosts ATP (energy) production by 400-500%, improves cell membrane transport, and increase protein synthesis — all necessary for tissue healing. MPS is beneficial for both new/acute and chronic concerns with diagnosed origin (i.e.., a medical professional has identified the cause of the symptoms), including new post-op incisions, burn scars, deep abdominal adhesions, diabetic wounds, and many others.  This technology is FDA-approved and is so effective that only a few treatment sessions are required — typically 2-10 sessions per area — and most last 30-60 minutes. MPS is so safe that it can be administered daily if indicated. Most people experience significant relief during the first treatment session.

Shockwave Therapy

A non-invasive treatment modality delivering high-energy sound waves that create pulses of pressure into body tissues to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes in injured tissue, to enhance blood flow to the treated area, to break down calcifications, and to relieve pain.  Shockwave Therapy is particularly beneficial when pain or impairment is chronic (present for 6 months or longer) and has not responded well to other professionally-prescribed/administered treatments.  Treatment is brief — usually once weekly for 3 weeks — and provides rapid results.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field

PEMF is another non-invasive therapy that uses intermittent magnetic field pulses to stimulate and enhance a wide variety of cellular functions. It’s understood to promote bone and tissue healing, to relieve pain, improve circulation, and reduce inflammation. PEMF therapy is often used for pain management, injury recovery including healing fractured bones and improving outcomes for spinal fusion, and promoting overall well-being.
